On Saturday 24 Dec 2016, Thai BK family celebrated their
Christmas Eve and New Years with over 100 souls.. A beautiful floral "Swastika"
became the fascination and highlight of the evening. The Thai's have a special
significance of it in their culture too. Their greetings begin with an address of
"Sawadee" with folded hands, similar to "Swastika" , meaning Aupiciousness,Good Luck,
Well Being.
The whole Lake side Villa along with a fresh lawn was beautifully divided into rooms
for various spiritual activities. We started with being welcomed with a refreshing snack
and had to choose a swaman or image for the self and remain in intoxication of that
swaman. (for future programme arranged regularly as a contribution to Golden
Age Kingdom under an umbrella 'Seeing into being' project). The Christmas tree was
decorated with golden stars of different qualities to be picked up. The golden gifts
under the tree brought by everyone for exchange to be given by little angels.
If anyone won the prize of introducing oneself by making a gesture
accordingly to the qualities of the star, extra gift is ready for them.
While everyone was having brahma bhojan at food stalls, along side were stalls of games
music and dancing i.e. spoon of faith. We danced on various songs. Sister Neelu sang the
song for everyone to dance and enjoy together :
Oh! my sal she am a maiden fair singing polly wolly doodle all teh day with laughing
eyes and curly hair singing polly wolly doddle all the day..."
Then we proceeded with our activity room 1 was yagya room where we put our weaknesses
or vikaar in yagya pyre and came out pure from that room to move on to the next room
which was to feel the ocean of love as we were by the lake. After which we gathered for
short presentation on "Jewel" followed by Toli and blessings card given by
Sister La and seniors.
At the time of dusk, it's the time for angel to work. Almost 30 years of spiritual X’mas celebration,
Sr.La never missed the chorus 'Silent-Night,Holy Night' to give birth to 'Purity' to the
real born king. This year, 12 BKs came down the stair,holding candles to share the
moments of giving the gift of Peace Maker as a result of Inward Journey during 12 Months
(Jan-Dec 2016).... Love.. Truth... Happiness... Purity... Compassion... Kindness...
Forgiveness... Patience... Faith... Humility... Respect... Peace.

The main highlight was the candle lighting of the whole gathering in the dark and walking
around the swastika while being reminded of our roles and stages of each yug, in silence
and meditative stage.This became the grand finale and absolute ethereal experience
to take back with us a reminder of who we are and what we are going to be in each yug as
depicted in swastika.

Remarks :
At the beginning,Sr.La introduced Brahma Kumaris to our special guest Mr.Apinun Chantaransi
(Former Director General,Department of Public of Relations) with the concept
of 'Seeing into Being' to prepare him for the question "What is your vision of Better
World?"
